 | Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 | |
| business days of delivery to new owner.(If not this contract becomes null and void) If a problem does arise, the breeder must be contacted within 24 hours and the problem must be verified by the breeders own veterinarian. |
| Provide the puppy with routine preventive care, such as ,but not | |
| limited to: |
| Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian |
| Provide Love, proper food, water, shelter and vet care. If for | |
| any reason the buyer becomes unable to care for this puppy even after adulthood, they can and should return it to breeder, no refund will be provided, but Bluerose Boxers will take the dog back. |

| Breeder will not be responsible for any medical expenses | |
| incurred. | ||
| As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper | |
| vaccinations and worming, and is given a clean bill of health by breeders veterinarian. The new owner has been informed of the puppy's vet care up to date of delivery to the new owner. |
| A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be | |
| replaced as follows: |
| Dog must show the defect by 1 year of age and be examined by a | |
| veterinarian. Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, No refunds, the dog will be replaced with another puppy of the same value and gender. No puppy will be replaced if it's death results from abuse, neglect, accident, or disorders cause by environmental factors such as but not limited to: coccidia, kennel cough, cancer, demodex mange, scabies,growths, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, or other environmental factors. |

| This contract is between seller and original buyer,and is non - | |
| transferable to a second party. |
| The breeder is not responsible for any vet or medical bills | |
| incurred by the dog, or any transportation cost incurred in returning or replacing the dog. |
| Buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands and agrees | |
| fully with this contract. Buyer understands that this contract is legal under the jurisdiction of the state of Louisiana. |
A copy of this must be signed and returned to the above address before
the sale of the puppy can be completed.
