Health guarantee
Our puppies are all registered with the American Kennel Club,(Unless they are designer Poo
babies, we do not register them) They are on a routine de-worming program and given their first
vaccinations. Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your puppy, by the vet of your
choice and at the buyer's expense, within 48 hours of the pick-up date. This veterinary
examination is mandatory, to complete guarantee, by confirming that your puppy was not sick or
injured when purchased.
BlueRose Poo babies guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age against life threatening
congenital or hereditary defects.( heart,kidneys, liver) as determined by licenced veterinary in
writing. It will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the breeder's stock,
as soon as possible. No cash refunds. The original puppy must be returned,along with any
paperwork, at the owner's expense, before a new puppy can be replaced. Proof of current
vaccinations must be provided upon return of puppy/dog to insure the safety of my kennel.
If the puppy/dog dies, an autopsy/necropsy MUST BE DONE by licenced vet stating the cause of
death. The Puppy will only be replaced, if the puppy dies and all the terms are met or he/she has
a life threatening condition that was diagnosed by a licenced vet.
Expenses incurred after the puppy leaves my care, such as vet bills, autopsy/necropy, etc is at
buyers expense. My contract is null and void in case of accidental injury or neglect.
The breeder is not responsible for hypoglycemia. The breeder has informed the buyer of the
signs of hypoglycemia and what to do in case of an event. The guarantee does not cover
hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, or hernias.(which are all treatable)
The guarantee against transmissible diseases such as parvovirus is valid for a period of 7 days
starting on the day of pick-up. The normal incubation period for transmissible diseases is 5 to 7
days.
*Explanation for transmissible diseases. For example: first signs of parvo-virus were to show on a
puppy 12 to 15 days from pick-up, the puppy could not have carried that disease from the
breeder's premises and incubated it for that long before showing signs of the disease.
